Multi-Store Sync Automations
With Multi-store Sync Automations, you can merchandise one collection then sync that sort order with another collection (across multiple stores or the same store).
If you run multiple stores, you can save hours of time by simply merchandising one store and copying the sort order of products to your other store.
Want to copy the same merchandising across different collections on the same store? You can, for example, sort your 'All Shoes' collection then sync that with your 'Flat Shoes' collection. The same sort order will be applied to your 'Flat Shoes' collection (excluding any products not in that collection).

Edit Products in the Drag & Drop Merchandiser.
Save hours of time by editing products directly in the Drag and Drop Merchandiser.
Simply enable Action Buttons from the Merchandiser display menu and click the Edit button on products you want to edit. You can then update descriptions, prices, images, etc. all without leaving the Merchandiser.
Preview Your Automation
Automations allow you to create a merchandising strategy and automatically apply it to bulk collections. Now with Automation Previews you can see how your collection will look when an Automation runs and sorts your collection, even before it's enabled.
Simply navigate to the Automations page, create a new Automation, select the collections you'd like to run it on and build your Automation.
Then from the Automation Preview section on the right, click Show Preview.
See what products are placed in which sections, so you can easily make changes to build the perfect merchandising strategy.
From the Preview Settings, you can change how the preview appears, including what product data is visible or whether to not show hidden products.
New Smart Sort Options + Previews
Smart Sorts exist in the Drag and Drop Merchandiser. They allow to select, randomize and move products however you want.
With Smart Sort's you can create multi-sectioned actions. For example, you can set up a Smart Sort to move new products right to the top, then have your best selling products, sorted by sales, directly underneath.
With the new Smart Sort Preview, you can see what changes this action would make to your collection.
When you're happy, just click Move Products/Select Products - and your Smart Sort runs the action. You can then make more changes or save your newly merchandised collection.
Run the same Smart Sort multiple times? Simply save it as a Favorite - then you can reuse the Smart Sort action anytime with just a click.
Other Updates
- A host of new explainer videos are now available, giving you a full rundown of the powerful merchandising features you have available with Sort'd.
- Performance Scores are now available as soon as you enable analytics - using historical product performance data. Note other metrics (e.g. views, clicks, purchases) still only include events after the analytics tracking was enabled.
- Automations now include a new collection selector - making it easier to select bulk collections.
- In the Drag and Drop Merchandiser, when variants is select, unavailable to purchase variants will be red.
